Medical and health information related to insureds is collected as part of the underwriting process for a life settlement or viatical settlement transaction. This information may be provided by the insured, a life insurance agent, a life settlement broker, another life settlement provider, the life insurance company, or by the insured’s health care providers.

The Company uses the nonpublic personal information collected through this website to evaluate insureds and their related life insurance policies for potential purchase through life settlement or viatical settlement transactions.
How Do We Share the Information We Collect?
The information collected by the Company may be sold or shared with the following types of entities, including, but not limited to affiliated entities, unaffiliated life settlement brokers, unaffiliated life settlement providers, life expectancy estimators, or other third parties in the course of evaluating insureds and life insurance policies for a life settlement or viatical settlement transaction.
In addition, information collected by the Company may be disclosed if required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal proceedings.
Who Has Access to the Information We Have Stored?
The information stored by the Company is accessible to employees of the Company on a need-to-know basis. Nonpublic personal information may be shared by the Company with unaffiliated third parties who provide support services to the Company to the extent necessary for the Company to conduct business and manage any related life insurance policies.
The Company uses a variety of digital security measures to keep nonpublic personal information secure in its filing and computer systems.
